Currently serving as the Lead lll Global Control Center Analyst at CME Group since January 2008, Oliver also held the position of Business Analyst at the same organization. Prior to this role, Oliver worked at the Chicago Board of Trade from 1999 to 2008, where responsibilities included roles as a Technical Support Analyst and User Liaison, culminating in the position of Market Operations Specialist II.
