Jayne Stringer MA Chartered MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and workplace mediation. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Deputy Head of Employee Relations at East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust since November 2021, Jayne also operates as a self-employed workplace mediator, coach, trainer, and HR consultant. With a background that includes significant roles at CMP Resolutions, Wood Green, The Animals Charity, Anglian Water Services, and Mencap, Jayne has developed a strong expertise in strategic HR partnering, complex employee relations matters, and mediation training. A qualified professional with a postgraduate degree in HR Management from Anglia Ruskin University and ongoing ACAS accreditation, Jayne is dedicated to fostering effective workplace environments across various sectors.
