Elizabeth Diamond is a dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Connections Wellness Group since June 2023. Elizabeth's nursing career began with roles as a Registered Nurse at Texas Health Resources and CARE Fertility, from October 2015 to March 2022. Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Elizabeth gained experience as a Nursing Student at Texas Christian University, where preparation for the nursing profession took place. Additional experience includes positions as a Child Center Employee at Life Time, a Sales Associate at Fossil Group, a Nursery Worker at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, a Camp Counselor/Lifeguard at Samuel Field YM/YWHA, and a Lifeguard/Water Safety Instructor with the City of Grapevine. Academic achievements include a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Texas Christian University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.

Whether its the common cold, feelings of depression, stomach pain caused by anxiety, or any other combination/symptom our team is here to assist you! Connections Wellness Group has on staff Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and Counselors. Services are offered in-person and via tele-video.
