Joanne Bowerman is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and employee relations, currently serving as an Associate at Dorothy McKinney Ltd since November 2016 and also working as an Associate Practitioner at CMP Resolutions since November 2019. Joanne is the Director of JB Consulting since October 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Employee Relations Practitioner at NHS Lothian from June 2004 to October 2016, providing comprehensive guidance and support for complex employee relations cases and change programmes, a Human Resources Advisor at Dundas and Wilson from June 2003 to June 2004, and an HR Advisor at NHS Lothian from June 1999 to June 2003. Joanne holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Napier University and an MA Honours in Linguistics from The University of Edinburgh.
