Liisa MacLaren

Liisa MacLaren is an accomplished director with extensive experience in analytics and member engagement, currently serving as the Director of the Analytics Leadership Consortium at the International Institute for Analytics since February 2025. Prior to this role, Liisa held several impactful positions at CNEXT Partners, including Senior Vice President of Member Experience for the GENERATE Program, where strategies for CEO succession tracks were developed, and Vice President of Membership Experience, where a new model was launched to enhance global leadership networking. Previous experience includes leading over 90 high-value consulting projects at 10EQS and serving as Chief of Staff at Fong-MacLaren, Ltd. Liisa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from The Wharton School.
