Jennifer Leslie FAICD, FCA, FGIA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as an External Member of the Risk Committee and a member of the University Council at the University of Newcastle, Jennifer also teaches at the Newcastle Business School. In addition, Jennifer holds several non-executive director positions, including roles at Home in Place, Regional Australia Bank, CoAct, and Newcastle University Sport, where Jennifer leads audit and risk committees. Jennifer's prior leadership experience includes chairing the Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation and serving as an independent chair for the Audit and Risk Committee at Hunter New England Local Health District and Maitland City Council. Educational credentials include programs at prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Stanford University, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.
