We are the engine room powering a network of vibrant NFP employment services providers across Australia to help people from all walks of life find sustainable employment that suits their individual needs.

We’re a membership organisation and partner with local not-for-profits to deliver employment services. Together we build the capabilities and skills of disadvantaged jobseekers. Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown our reach and impact so we can transform more lives. Last year we supported almost 70,000 jobseekers.  

CoAct has been recognised as a Winner of The Australian Business Award for Employer of Choice in 2024, following our wins in 2019 and 2021.
