Michael Willett is an experienced executive with a focus on data governance, digital transformation, and corporate services across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager for Data, Governance & Technology at CoAct since October 2021, Michael has previously held significant roles, including Chief Operating Officer at the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference and General Manager of Corporate Services at CoAct. With a background at Oticon Australia overseeing retail corporate services and interim CFO responsibilities, along with strategic roles at Westpac Group and St George Bank, Michael has demonstrated a strong ability in process improvement, business planning, and operational leadership. Academic credentials include an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, complemented by Lean Six Sigma certification.

Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown our reach and impact so we can transform more lives. Last year we supported almost 70,000 jobseekers.
