James Stuber

James Stuber is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in legislative advocacy, private equity, and corporate law. Currently serving as Legislative Counsel for the Coalition for a Prosperous America, James advocates for policies supporting American farmers, manufacturers, and labor organizations. As a co-founder and managing partner of Security Capital Partners and Strathmore Capital Partners, James focuses on deal sourcing and investment strategies in private equity. Additionally, as founder of Made in America Again, James raises awareness about job offshoring while promoting the purchase of American-made products. With a robust background as principal of Stuber & Associates and the Law Offices of James A. Stuber, James has provided consulting and legal services to emerging technology firms and engaged in significant projects, including those involving NASA. James holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and advanced degrees in Political Science from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania.
