Heather I. is a Partner Growth Manager at Coalition, Inc. since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Principal, Client & Program Management at Marsh & McLennan Companies from April 2014 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and insurance programs for Mercer Affinity’s national medical professional liability insurance program. Prior to that, Heather served as AVP, Account Executive at Aon Risk Solutions from March 2003 to April 2014, overseeing the management and retention of 50 clients and collaborating on marketing and risk management strategies. Heather began in the industry as an Account Manager, responsible for daily relations with healthcare clients and was recognized as the first Account Manager to develop client management tools. Education was completed at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
