Ben Cordingley

Ben Cordingley has a diverse work history, starting as a Business Development Manager at British Gas and then moving on to roles at Better Staff Industrial and Commercial Recruitment. Ben later transitioned to positions at Royal Mail, where they held management roles in delivery and continuous improvement. Most recently, Ben served as the Director at Matched Property Solutions before taking on the role of Head of Operations at Cobalt Ground Solutions Ltd in 2022. Their experience includes crisis management, project management, and leadership roles within various organizations.

Ben Cordingley completed their secondary education at Dartford Grammar from 1989 to 1996. Ben then went on to obtain a BSc in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford from 1996 to 2000. In 2016, Ben received the APMP certification from the Association for Project Management. Ben also holds the title of Associate Member from The Institute of Leadership & Management.
