Daniel Heuser, SPHR has accumulated extensive human resources experience starting in 2004 as a Human Resource Manager at OneSource. Daniel progressed to positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in their current role as Vice President of Human Resources at CAES since 2018. Throughout their career, they have provided strategic HR consultation, leadership, and support to various divisions and companies, advising senior leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and business objectives.
Daniel Heuser, SPHR, obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York in 2004. In 2010, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2018, they also acquired the Change Manager Practitioner certification from Prosci.
