Mai Ngoc Duong is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Cốc Cốc since April 2022, Mai Ngoc Duong specializes in managing Kubernetes infrastructure, including monitoring with Prometheus, logging with Loki, and utilizing security tools like Falco and ModSecurity. Prior to this role, Mai Ngoc Duong worked at Viettel Cyber Security for nearly a decade, initially as a System Security Specialist focusing on implementing defensive security controls, and later as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for building and operating a private cloud system based on OpenStack and Ceph. Mai Ngoc Duong holds an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
