Karen Jones

Karen Jones is an accomplished finance and administration professional with extensive experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Since October 2018, Karen has served as the Head of Administration & Finance at Coca-Cola FEMSA, where prior roles included Account Executive in Retail and Market Intelligence Coordinator. Additionally, Karen co-founded Salads Club, a food tech startup that operates a chain of fast-casual restaurants promoting healthy and affordable food options. Previous positions include Budget Coordinator and Tax & Accounting Coordinator at Montevideo Refrescos SRL (Coca-Cola Uruguay), Tax Assistant at KPMG Uruguay, and internships in accounting at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and PepsiCo. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a CPA degree from Universidad de Montevideo.
