Nora Matthews moved to Portland, Oregon from Richmond, Virginia in 2021 to accept the Director of Quality and Administrative Services role. She has more than 15 years of experience working as a Quality Manager for Behavioral Health Managed Care and Health Plans. Nora holds a Master of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Health Care Administration from the University of the Rockies.
