Pamela Del Bene has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Pamela started their career as a recruiter at Lehman Brothers in 1998 and worked there until 2003. After that, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in Human Resources, where they worked for over a decade. In 2014, they became the Chief People Officer at Code and Theory, a position they currently hold.

Pamela Del Bene received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Education from William & Mary in 1997. In October 2015, they obtained a certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems.
