Janelle Rice

Prior to Code for America, Janelle was the regional director of a chain of child development centers across the state of South Dakota. She obtained a master’s degree in forensic psychology and worked as a mental health technician for a behavioral hospital, specializing in adolescent care. She takes pride in her work and uses any excuse to try to think outside of the box to get tasks done more efficiently.
