Ian Flatt began their work experience in 1999 as a Programmer at Rage Software PLC. Ian then joined Swordfish Studios in 1999 and served as a Production Director until 2008. Flatt then joined Codemasters in 2008 and held various roles, including Production Director, Executive Producer, and finally VP, Executive Producer.
Ian Flatt attended Lutterworth Grammar School from 1991 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a BSc degree in Computer Science & Statistics Joint Degree from Keele University between 1996 and 1999.
