Nikki Kruse is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Codexis, Inc. since November 2015, where leadership of a team focused on molecular modeling, library design, and data analysis occurs, alongside efforts in immunogenicity prediction for biotherapeutics. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellow position at CSIRO with research on bacterial enzymes and bioremediation from April 2013 to October 2015, as well as two Postdoctoral Researcher roles at Montana State University (June 2011 - April 2013) investigating archaeal viruses and The Salk Institute (December 2010 - May 2011) characterizing enzymes from the mevalonate pathway. Academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from UC San Diego (2005 - 2010) and a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University (2001 - 2005).
