Dina Ruslan is a prominent leader in the IT and education sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Codify since March 2023, where focus is on teaching digital skills and programming to children aged 7 to 17. With a diverse background, Dina has held various significant roles, including Chairwoman and Board Member of the Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association, where mentorship of women and girls in STEM was prioritized. Previous leadership positions include Director of Project Development at Zensoft IO, and Founder and Creative Director of CodifyLab Academy, the first IT academy in Kyrgyzstan. Academic credentials include an MBA in Computer and Information Sciences from Lincoln University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the International University of Kyrgyzstan.

Our aim is to support students at every stage, whether changing fields, seeking promotion or exploring new interests. CodifyLab delivers courses on topics ranging from Introduction to Computer Science to Quality Assurance. Our vision is to help beginners to start their career as well as specialists who are willing to accelerate their learning. Programs are divided into stages depending on the level: Beginner, Intern, Junior, Middle, Senior. You can start from scratch or start from advanced levels after passing an interview with a course mentor. All stages are systematically connected, after completing one stage, you will be well prepared for the next.
