Xiaofang Li

Xiaofang Li is an accomplished leader in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development at Cohesity, Xiaofang previously held senior roles at Palo Alto Networks and Micron Technology, where responsibilities included designing development ecosystems and optimizing talent management processes. At the University of Oklahoma, leadership and employee development initiatives were enhanced through large-scale blended learning programs. Early career contributions involved developing performance management programs for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services and conducting training sessions at GOTrust Technology Inc. Xiaofang holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Sichuan International Studies University and a Master of Education in Instructional Psychology and Technology from the University of Oklahoma.
