Andrew Hill

Andrew Hill serves as the Deputy General Counsel (US) and Chief Compliance Officer at CoinShares since April 2024, while also holding the position of Trust Secretary for Valkyrie ETF Trust II. In addition, Andrew has been an Advisor at Acquire since May 2022. Previously, Andrew worked as Trust Secretary and General Counsel at Valkyrie from June 2022 to April 2024. Andrew's legal experience includes roles at Frost Brown Todd, LBMC, Pickrell Law Group, Asian Development Bank, O'Keefe Lyons & Hynes, CAF, and Brandes Investment Partners, focusing on areas such as blockchain, tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Spanish from the University of Oregon.
