Stephen Satchel has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources, labour relations, and employment law. Stephen currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company, where they served as Senior Director for People Strategy & Transformation from January 2017 to November 2018. Stephen also held the role of Senior Director for Human Resources & Labour Relations from 2014 to January 2017 and Director for Labour Relations & Employment Counsel from 2010 to 2014.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Satchel worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. as the Director for Labour Relations from 2008 to 2010. Stephen also gained valuable experience at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, where they held various roles including Director for Human Resources & Labour Relations from 2007 to 2008, Director for Industrial Relations from 2005 to 2008, and Senior Legal Counsel for Labour and Employment from 2001 to 2005.

Satchel began their career at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP as an Associate from 1996 to 2001. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing people, implementing organizational strategies, and navigating labour relations and employment law.

Stephen Satchel attended the University of Toronto from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution from 1991 to 1994 and obtained a LL.B degree in Law.
