Arnold Giovanni is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in finance and auditing. As the Founder and CEO of Coldspace.id since September 2022, Arnold specializes in providing integrated cold chain solutions with a focus on technological and operational excellence. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Riverbank Operating LLC, Arnold successfully facilitated an S-1 IPO and advised on the financial aspects of multiple acquisitions. Arnold's earlier roles include Experienced Audit Manager at BDO International Limited, where management of various client portfolios was key, and Supervisor Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, leading audit engagements. Starting a career as a Senior Auditor at MaloneBailey, LLP, Arnold developed expertise in auditing and financial analysis across diverse industries. Arnold holds a BBA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategy and Innovation at Nanyang Business School.
