Mike P. serves as the Global Head of Partnerships at Enboarder and has been the Founder and CEO of Hamel Group Consulting since July 2006, where Mike advises startup and growth companies in the recruiting space, leveraging extensive experience in recruitment technology and business development. Additionally, Mike holds council member positions at GLG and Coleman Research, and previously acted as Chief Partnership & Growth Officer at ThisWay Global and VP of HR Technology Partnerships at Jobcase, Inc. A proven leader, Mike constructed the partner organization for Mya Systems, enhancing its successful reseller program, and has contributed to various organizations through board advisory roles. Mike's academic background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of the Pacific.
