Heddy Rios

Heddy Rios has extensive experience at Colgate-Palmolive, having started in 1993 and currently serving as Director of GIT - Workplace & Collaboration for LATAM since 2006. Rios oversees digital transformation initiatives and has held various leadership roles in supply chain management, including responsibilities for SAP S4 and global quality processes. Previous positions include Manager of GIT - Governance, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance, as well as serving as a Senior Business Analyst for Global Development Supply Chain. Rios earned an Engineering degree in Information and an Associate Degree in Business from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC), in addition to an MBA from Universidad de Carabobo.
