Jose Ariel Betances

Jose Ariel Betances currently serves as Senior Manager Customer Development for the South East Caribbean at Colgate-Palmolive since August 2019, overseeing markets in Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Barbados, and Suriname. Prior to this role, Betances accumulated extensive experience at Nestlé from September 2010 to February 2019, including positions such as Senior Manager Customer Development for the Northwest Caribbean and Marketing Leader for CARICOM, as well as a Business Executive Officer responsible for developing NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO and KIT KAT in the Dominican Republic, alongside food and beverage operations in Haiti and Cuba. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Senior Project Manager at DGII. Betances holds an MBA in Operations Management from Universidad de Palermo and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnol.
