Laura Flavin

Laura Flavin currently serves as the Vice President Global Total Rewards at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since July 2006, where responsibilities include the development of total rewards and well-being strategies for a global workforce of 34,000 employees across over 105 countries. Laura manages a team of 100 professionals focused on executive compensation, employee pay, benefits, and wellness programs, while also designing innovative reward systems to enhance business outcomes and talent retention. Previous experience includes roles at Dell Technologies as Vice President of Human Resources and Global Compensation and Mobility, and Director of Executive Compensation, as well as a position as Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson. Laura holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from William & Mary and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
