Angela Rutter has a diverse work experience. Angela is currently working as a Voice Campaign Project Manager at Oxfam Australia and serves as the Secretariat at Allies for Uluru. Previously, they were a Global Fellow at Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity. Angela has also worked as Alumni Engagement Lead & Strategic Projects Manager, and Programme Designer & Facilitator - Leadership Development at Leadership Victoria, and served as a Co-founder & Director, as well as Co-founder at Common Cause Australia. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Engagement at the Australian Conservation Foundation and was the Director of Engagement and Communications at Children's Ground. Angela also held positions at Publicis Mojo and Minerva BBDO as a Group Account Director and European Group Account Director, respectively.

Angela Rutter has a diverse education history. In 1991, they obtained a B.Bus degree in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology. In 1996, they completed a Certificate in Direct Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association. In 2009, Angela pursued a leadership program called the Williamson Community Leadership Program at Leadership Victoria. In 2011-2012, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact from Melbourne Business School. Recently, in 2021, Angela pursued a Master's degree in Social Change Leadership (Indigenous Knowledges) from the University of Melbourne. Angela also holds additional certifications including Certified Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

The purpose of www.collaborationforimpact.com is to help communities tackle their toughest problems and achieve large-scale social change. It does this by helping communities learn how to increase their skills in collaboration and apply the collective impact framework.
