Mike Lammers has over 17 years of work experience in various industries. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at the California Institute of Technology. In 2004, they became an Associate Management Consultant at Mitchell Madison Group. Mike then moved to Apple in 2007, where they served as an Engineering Program Manager - Touch Hardware. In 2010, they co-founded Ohrizon, Inc., where they designed and developed web and software products to enhance open-source alternatives to expensive software products. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Skype, eventually becoming a Product/Program Manager - Skype Hardware. In 2020, they moved to Waymo, becoming the Head of System Integration Technical Program Management. In 2022, they joined Astra as VP of Technical Program Management, and also joined Collaborative Robotics as a Technical Program Manager.

Mike Lammers completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Caltech between 2000 and 2004.
