Catherine Clause

Catherine Clause is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and assessment across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Collectors since October 2022, Catherine is responsible for defining and implementing talent management solutions to enhance performance and internal mobility. Prior roles include Selection and Assessment Leader at Wells Fargo, where leadership of a team transformed selection functions in line with HR initiatives, and Director of Assessment and Selection at Pfizer, providing thought leadership in global talent management. Catherine also held senior positions at Citi and PDI Ninth House, and served as Manager of Talent Management at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Academically, Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with Honors, from the University of Florida.
