Renee Evers

Renee Evers is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in quality assurance and IT service management, currently serving as the Manager of ITSM, IS Infrastructure and Operations at the College of American Pathologists since April 2006. Renee's previous roles at CAP include ITSM Systems Engineer, ITSM - Change and Release Management, and Team Lead of the Enterprise Program Management Office. Prior experience includes serving as Lead QA Analyst/Change and Configuration Management at Solo Cup Operating Corp and QA Lead positions at Sears and Anexsys, alongside QA roles at Allstate Insurance and Kemper Insurance. Renee began a career in training coordination at Square D Company. Renee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has additional education from Harper College.
