Wren Williams

Wren Williams is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in accreditation, auditing, and customer quality programs. Currently serving as the Lead Assessor for the CAP 15189 Program at the College of American Pathologists since August 2018, Wren manages the accreditation process for participating laboratories and provides expert guidance throughout the ISO accreditation cycle. Prior roles include Lead Auditor at the National Quality Assurance Certification Body and various quality-focused positions at Nokia and Motorola, where Wren led quality management initiatives and audits for software and hardware development. Wren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University, obtained in 2011.
