Stephen Tomkiel

Stephen Tomkiel is the MBA Director at The College of New Jersey since October 2014, responsible for outreach to prospective MBA candidates, overseeing application processes, and facilitating faculty collaboration for program success. In addition, Tomkiel leads CRM implementation efforts as the Slate Implementation Captain, enhancing application review processes and increasing staff efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Admissions Counselor, adjunct faculty instructor, and 3E Enrollment Consultant at 3 Enrollment Marketing, Inc., where personalized CRM solutions are developed for higher education clients. Tomkiel's early experience includes coordinating the Blue Hen Ambassadors at the University of Delaware and interning in legislative offices. Educational achievements include an MA in English Language and Literature from The College of New Jersey and a BA in English and International Relations from the University of Delaware.
