Taquana Williams

TaQuana Williams, Ed.D, is an accomplished education leader currently serving as the Managing Director of Program Impact at CollegeSpring, where responsibilities include developing nationwide program strategy focused on scalable test preparation. Prior experience includes acting as Director of Academics at TNTP, leading the implementation of instructional materials across over 220 Texas school systems, and driving statewide academic strategies in collaboration with the Texas Education Agency. Previous roles at Teach For America involved the establishment of an innovation hub and the design of a comprehensive summer training program for corps members, as well as management of teacher leadership development. A dedicated advocate for educational equity, TaQuana has also contributed to YES Prep Public Schools as a Literacy Specialist and English Language Arts Teacher. TaQuana holds multiple degrees from Johns Hopkins University, including a Doctorate in Urban Education and Leadership.
