Joe Bolano has extensive experience in the field of construction and project management, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences sectors. Joe has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Colliers Engineering & Design, where they currently serve as the Managing Director and Regional Director for Healthcare & Life Sciences. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President & Healthcare/Sciences Sector Leader at The LiRo Group and as the Vice President of Capital Projects & Facility Services at Northwell Health. Joe has also held positions at Columbia University, The COR Group, The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens (now New York Presbyterian Queens), Perkins&Will, Cooper, Robertson & Partners, and Helpern Architects. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing capital projects, managing real estate development, and providing strategic planning and execution for various organizations.
Joe Bolano received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, from 1980 to 1985. Joe later pursued a Diploma in Construction Management from New York University, from 1991 to 1992. Additionally, Joe holds certifications in 10-hour OSHA Training in Construction Safety and Health from OSHA and Supported Scaffold User Certification from the NYC Department of Buildings.
