Ann Ruske

Ann Ruske, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of HR Business Partner at Collins Aerospace, leading HR partner teams for the Mission Systems Engineering and Technology organization, which encompasses over 6,000 engineering professionals globally. Ruske also addresses strategic HR support for the Avionics SBU, overseeing a team responsible for the development and execution of people strategies across five major locations with over 5,000 employees. Prior experience at Rockwell Collins spans several roles, including Senior Director of HR Business Partner, where strategic human resource initiatives were developed in collaboration with senior executives, and Director of Corporate, International and Executive Compensation, which involved a significant redesign of the compensation structure. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Psychology/Business/Human Relations from the University of Iowa.
