Marlo Richardson

Marlo Richardson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRBP Director and previously as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Molina Healthcare from April 2020 to November 2024. Prior to this role, Marlo worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at NetJets from May 2016 to February 2020. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Alliance Data from December 2012 to December 2015, and as Human Resources Manager at Time Warner Cable from April 2008 to December 2012. Marlo's career began at Epicor (formerly NSB Group) as a Human Resources Business Partner from May 2006 to March 2008. Marlo holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Relations and Human Development from The Ohio State University.
