Michelle Callson

Michelle Callson is a seasoned Project Engineer II at Collins Aerospace, specializing in the development of propulsion components for aircraft egress systems since July 2019. Previous experience includes a role as a Development Engineer I focused on performance analysis and documentation for propulsion systems, and a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at UTC Aerospace Systems, where efficiency improvements were achieved through tooling design and Lean Manufacturing principles. Michelle's background also encompasses leadership as a Neighborhood Representative at Santa Clara University and a position as an Aerospace Camp Counselor at the Museum of Flight, where engineering concepts were taught to students. An early engineering internship at Novinium, Inc. included designing testing apparatus and enhancing technical skills. Michelle holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Santa Clara University.
