Mohan Paladugu

Mohan Paladugu is a Principal Engineer at Collins Aerospace since April 2022, specializing in material and manufacturing process evaluation, problem-solving, and mentorship. Prior experience includes serving as a Specialist in Materials Science at The Timken Company, focusing on roller bearing prototypes and their microstructure-related performance from March 2016 to April 2022. Mohan also worked as a Technology Specialist at Bosch from September 2012 to March 2016, where activities centered on materials science, metallurgy, and feasibility studies. Between November 2010 and August 2012, Mohan contributed as a Postdoctoral Fellow at imec and the Department of Metallurgy of KU Leuven, leading innovative concepts in vapor deposition and crystallography. Academic qualifications include a Postdoc in Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from The University of Queensland, along with a Master of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
