Ryan Curry

Ryan Curry serves as the Associate Director and Large Account Manager for Navy & Marine Corps Programs at Collins Aerospace since November 2021. As the CEO, Founder, and Inventor of The Cover Keeper, Ryan holds two US patents for a cap shape holder designed to enhance fit and comfort. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant for Objective Area Solutions, where Ryan coached executive leaders in the FAA and created a multipart communication improvement course. At the United States Naval Academy, Ryan fulfilled multiple roles including Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Associate Director of the Stockdale Leadership Center, focusing on leadership training across military and academic settings. Following a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, which spanned over two decades and included roles as an Experimental Test Pilot and Operational Test Director, Ryan brings extensive expertise in leadership, aviation, and program management. Education credentials include a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Duke University.
