Stacey Baumgarn

Stacey Baumgarn is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as the Campus Energy Coordinator for Colorado State University since February 2012. In this role, Stacey develops and implements energy, water, and resource conservation programs, analyzes utility data to identify savings opportunities, and fosters collaborations to promote a culture of sustainability. Prior to this position, Stacey worked as an Energy Conservation Specialist for Larimer County, where an energy efficiency strategy was developed, and contributed to sustainability efforts at Shambhala Mountain Center. Additionally, Stacey has experience in small business development in Nepal and held an operations manager role at THE CUPBOARD, INC, focusing on specialty foods and coffee. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the same institution.
