Ian Shaw

Ian Shaw has extensive experience in IT and support services, currently serving as the IT Regional Manager for Field Support Services at Umpqua Bank since December 2009. In this role, Ian leads IT vendors to ensure efficient incident management and service delivery across California, Nevada, and Colorado, while also providing technical advice and training to field support technicians. Previously, Ian held various positions at Umpqua Bank, including IT Support Technician III and Field Services Support Technician II, where responsibilities included diagnosing complex computing issues and directing hardware and software support for numerous branch locations. Ian's earlier experience includes managing manufacturing and production at 1st Vantron Engineering, where quality assurance and control practices were implemented under the CEO's direction. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University-Sacramento.
