Sandra Lécuyer

Sandra Lécuyer is the current Chief Culture & Brand Officer at Cominar REIT. Sandra has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Cominar for just over a year. Prior to joining Cominar, Sandra worked as the Talent Director at Cossette for 5 years, where they were responsible for talent and HR strategy, employer brand, leadership development, organizational development, compensation, internal communications and HR technology. Sandra has also worked as the Human Capital Director at Averna for 2 years, where they were responsible for the global HR strategy, employer brand, leadership development and internal communications. Sandra has successfully implemented strategic human capital projects at both Cossette and Averna, such as talent and performance management tools, employer brand, manager training, salary structure, HRIS and communication tools.

Sandra Lécuyer has a B.A. in Latin American Studies from McGill University, an M.Sc. in International Political Economics from Universidad de Belgrano, and is certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a Certified Analyst from The Predictive Index, and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
