Monica Colston

Monica Colston, PHR, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at Commerce Bank since October 2017, where previous roles included Talent Acquisition Support Specialist and Talent Management Associate. Concurrently, Monica serves as a Cast Member Consultant at SEPHORA beginning in 2017. Prior experience includes a series of roles at H&R Block from 2010 to 2017, culminating as Senior Human Resources Specialist in Associate Relations, along with positions in project coordination and generalist functions. Additional roles were held at Advantage Technical Resourcing, Hallmark Cards/Central Parking Systems, and the City of Kansas City, MO. Monica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University and has earned degrees from William Jewell College and Van Horn High School.
