With over 20 years of experience in HR transformation, technology, and outsourcing, Will previously served as Partner for HR Transformation and Digital Services at Mercer from August 2014 to August 2023. Will's expertise includes driving workforce modernization and enhancing employee experiences. Additionally, as North America Growth Leader at Mercer, Will oversaw revenue growth across multiple business lines and markets. Prior roles include Vice President at NGA Human Resources, Ceridian, Mellon HR Solutions, and Convergys, focusing on sales and strategic leadership. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University.
