Victoria Grahan

Victoria Grahan has over 19 years of experience in the marketing and customer success fields. Victoria began their career in 2002 as a Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group. In 2007, they joined American Express where they held three positions, including Senior Manager - Platinum Card & Centurion Benefits, Senior Relationship Manager - Luxury Retail, and Manager - Specialty Retail. In 2010, they moved to GUESS?, Inc. as the Director Of Marketing - CRM, Analytics, Loyalty. In 2015, they joined Custora as the Head of Customer Success. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Atom Tickets as Head Of Marketing and VP Performance Marketing & CRM. Finally, in 2022, they joined Common Thread Collective as SVP Strategy.

Victoria Graham is currently enrolled in the NYU Stern School of Business, pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Previously, they earned a B.S. in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Victoria also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from NYU Stern School of Business.
