Ken McDowell

Ken McDowell has over 20 years of experience in public administration, currently serving as an Administrative Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since September 2014. Prior to this role, Ken McDowell held the position of County Controller for Lackawanna County from January 2008 to January 2012 and served as Tax Collector for the City of Scranton from January 2002 to January 2008. Ken McDowell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Scranton between 1989 and 1993.
