Oleksandra Bilinska

Oleksandra Bilinska is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in office management and crew operations. Currently serving as an Administrative Officer at Mercy Corps since March 2024, Oleksandra oversees routine facilities management, vendor communications, and travel arrangements, while also handling finance control and reporting. Prior experience as Managing Director at Danica Crewing Specialists from December 2022 to October 2023 included responsibilities such as office staff recruitment, budget compliance, and conducting audits. During tenure as a Crewing Officer from February 2017 to December 2021 at the same company, Oleksandra managed pre-joining formalities for seamen, crew change arrangements, and communication with foreign shipowners. Oleksandra holds a degree from the National University "Odessa Maritime Academy" and completed additional training at Hillel IT School.
