Bas Sijgers

Bas Sijgers is the Vice President of Global Technical Services at CommScope, leading the global delivery of support services for diverse product lines since March 2019. Sijgers oversees a team of 80 across four continents and focuses on developing value-added software services for Assurance, Wifi, and Passive Optical Network products. Prior to CommScope, Sijgers served as the Vice President of Services for Central and Latin America at ARRIS, managing over 120 professionals in technical and professional services. Sijgers has a robust background in technical support and management, beginning at Nortel Networks, where a tenure culminated in awards for excellence. Sijgers holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering / Applied Physics from the University of Twente.
